150 S Barrington sold to a future owner-user. The building is +/- 6,340 square feet on +/- 3,769 square feet of land in the heart of Los Angeles’s Brentwood neighborhood. The property is a multi-tenant mixed-use building with retail/restaurant space on the ground floor and offices on the second floor. The property is the former home of the iconic Brentwood Lounge.
