Green Farm-Tech confirms the signing of a new Middle East sales and distribution agreement with prominent representative entity.

HONG KONG, June 02, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ — Hong Kong-based next-generation vertical and urban farming solutions provider, Green Farm-Tech (HK) Limited is pleased to confirm that it has signed a sales and distribution agreement for the whole of the Middle East region with a well-known representative group.

Owing to ongoing commitments with existing partners which are nearing their contractual end, the entity cannot be named, a condition to which Green Farm-Tech acquiesced following protracted negotiations over several months.

“We were very much in need of a sales development and distribution partner willing and able to make the kind of long-term commitment worthy of the opportunity we’re offering,” said Green Farm-Tech’s Chief Technology Officer.

“We are satisfied that our new representatives’ extensive networks in the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere in the region will enable them to deploy the resources necessary to build our presence in the region and grow the market for our “HydroPod” and “HydroFactory” hydroponics product lines. We consider the Middle East in general and the UAE, in particular, as being among our most important markets given the climatic and geo-political challenges that prevail in many parts of the region.”

The distributor will be responsible for sales and support channels for Green Farm-Tech’s “HydroPods” and “HydroFactories” which use leading edge technological innovations that include advanced robotics and next-generation artificial intelligence as well as LED lighting and solar-power to deliver bountiful crop harvests all year round regardless of the prevailing climate or topography.

“We will be in a position to formally unveil our partnership by the start of the first quarter of 2021 when our new representatives’ obligations to existing partners expire,” said the CTO.
