Houston, Unknown, November 1, 2025 — Memorial City’s latest development, Greenside, is set to transform the heart of west Houston with a wellness-oriented, walkable campus, breaking ground in spring 2025. The project, a collaboration between MetroNational and Radom Capital, will convert three former industrial buildings at 1085 Gessner Road into a vibrant community hub featuring 35,000 square feet of retail, dining, and wellness spaces.
Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, Greenside will centre around a one-acre green lawn, complete with jogging trails, pedestrian pathways, and a children’s play structure. The development aims to foster healthy lifestyles and community connection, offering shaded seating, canopy trellises, and illuminated walkways linking to local favourites such as Torchy’s Tacos and Kirby Ice House.
Barton Kelly, Vice President at Radom Capital, noted strong interest from food, fitness, and wellness operators, with 75 percent of the available space already in negotiation. Greenside is scheduled to welcome its first tenants by summer 2026.
